Developer Tools for Taking Notes

Learning AS3 for the first time. Learned alot through this board and trial and error. I would like to document my findings that way if i encoutner them again, i'll have a way of seeing how i went about it without trying to remember. Is there such a tool out there for developers to take notes on their projects, maybe have links and documentation etc etc. Thanks
