i have a question about salaries....ive been using flash 5 for about 6 months...i can design and animate really well...but still a newbie when it comes to actionscripting...anyhow i was offered a job to do flash and i was wondering what is the average pay wage ??

I charge about USD$35+ per hour, but you'll probably find (no offence) that I can get more done in an hour. When I was at your stage of experience I was earning about USD$15 per hour but rates here in Aus are substanitally lower than many places around the world...
