I was wondering how flash websites get such clear graphics like this one! I would like to learn how to make a website like this.. and suggestions or tips on how to start?

looks like an XML based flash app.

you're in the right place for help.

to get you started in flash I would take the time to do some of Lee's tutorials at gotoandlearn.com or try kirupa.com for other tutorials.

search for XML slideshow.

you'll find some simple xml slideshows that won't look quite like this, obviously... but you will start to understand how sites like this are built.

The one you linked probably has php generating the xml which is of course more advanced...but baby steps.
