Nice looking, but needs a preloader. They are quite simple to put in.

It took me a second to find the navigation, was not apparent that the images were buttons. Perhaps work on that.

Overall clean design.

I would maybe take the image of yourself and soften the edges a little, pretty jagged, you can do this in photoshop with the blur tool.

Also, if its a portfolio, where is your work?
