Need help! smartclips/text fields inside scrolling MOV clip wont work!

This may be a simple solution, I am not sure. I have a scrolling field (mov clip), which contains a form (another mov clip). On the form I have input textfields and also the last item is a radio button (smart clip). My problem is, whenever they are INSIDE the movie clip they don't seem to work!

please help, how can I fix this?

I uploaded my latest progress, and also the Project file (macintosh).

I think I have it workin OK (so far...) BUT everytime I try to simply add a LIST (the smart clip from the library) it shuts down flash when you publish.

ANy ideas why?

Also: How do I make seperate sets of radio buttons (so they dont turn off ones in the other sections)

I REALLY appreciate any help, or any sources of info. Thanks guys!

give them different group names
