I'm attaching a ZIP-file I want to make work correctly.
There are 3 files inside :
1) a file "scrollerMC.as" , that' responsible for the scrolling process.
2) a file "text.txt" contains necessary text (actually it's a few lines with numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4) "scrollerMC" takes a text from this file.
3) a "scrolling_with_buttons.fla" file (Flash5).

Scrolling work fine, BUT i can't do following - I can't make buttons to rule areas of text.txt file.
Other words, I want to get following:
If I press a button "4" I wanna get area of my text.txt file with 44444444 above (upper place of my text area of the scroller)
If I press "2" button The scroller should show me 22222222 in the upper zone etc......

It should work visually something like bookmark in HTML or something like this.

Could you, please, be so kind and correct my file.
I asked many times in different forums but there was no any positive solution :(
Hopefully I can find a specialist here who can help and teach me.
Thanx in advance.
Stan
