Radio buttons

At first i want to say that i know only the basics of flash and dreamweaver and I'm doing a projekt with dreamweaver. i want to add my own flash buttons to it. those buttons need to be a radio buttons.
So my question is: do i have to make the code in flash or in dreamweaver? or do i even have to make a code? is there any way to make own radio buttons and bring them in to dreamweaver?
