Puzzle tutorial: puzzles aren't sitting right next to each other..

hi. im following this tutorial. i finally finished everything in the tut but the finished product isnt acting right. the puzzles dont sit next to each other, rather they have too much space in between after dragged and dropped. can somebody pls check this out. thanks in advance. i have cs4.
