browser firefox and scroll stripes

Hi all, i have a problem with stage and browser screen. My stage property is NO_SCALE and i have a sprite with gradientfill, that cover all the screen browser. When i resize the browser window there are not any scroll stripes to navigate the content. The result i want is somthing like this http://www.santahelena.se/. Does anyone know how to do this?

do you want the browser scrollbar to appear when the user makes the window smaller than your movie?
