question ( probably a stupid one, but hey ... )
when a client orders a piece do you also give the source FLA ?
and when they specific ask for it can i ask more ?
and ... what are you counting/hour ( in US Dollars or EURO'S ? )

That depends. The contract work I do generally states whether the company will want the source or not. If they want it then you charge more as it means they prolly won't need you any more.
My hourly rate varies from about $35 - $50 USD.
