hi to all

anyone can tell me where I can download translated versions of SDK framework? After copying with copylocale all I have it's just copy of en_US versions. but where I can downloa translated version?

P.S.: the main problem why I need it - it's because I can't get default VALIDATION messages in LOCALIZED language, just in ENGLISH, but e.g. AIR Updater Menu are sucesfully translated to any language I need.
