Hail ...
i really wonder ... i make swf on my computer (pentium 500) ....
and it doesnt have any problem with rate...
i upload it to site .. and when i see the site with my friends computer (pentium 4) .. its really fast ...
i donno how i can make swf in flash that in pentium 500 and pentium 4 (700-1400) that have same rate on 500 and 700 and higher .... i really wonder thats my basic problem after 2-3 years workin with this program :D....

You can't make a slow computer play a SWF faster but you can make a fast computer play a SWF file slower by reducing the frame rate.

ill do this from now to make any swf files ....
i dont care about what i see in my computer cos its slow ...
i will make it at the default rate and a little faster at rate ...
be caues i use 20 for rate ... i will make it 14-15 20 is really too fast!! ... i will correct that and if i have problem again send the link for ya ....
