how do you format actionscript code for a blog?

Say you wanted to use blogger.com and display a chunk of actionscript as it looks in a code editor like Flash Develop or the Flash cs4 ide how would you do it?

I'm not a blogger or anything of the sort, but I may have an idea. If the blog allows you to use xml tags, try putting <code></code> tags around it. It may or may not work.
