What is the best practice for full browser?

noscale?

Well a lot of people like to use noscale since then they have (or they should) handle the resizing of the browser in what is supposed to be "liquid design". So beside the possibility to really create something cool visualy it's also a nice way to show your coding skills. However you can go for exact fit if you want there's nothing wrong with that.
