Color picker upgrade?

Is there any way to get a better color picker for flash?

Its ridiculous how primitive the current one is.

do you mean building your personal color swatches?
with the swatches opening, select its menu option in the upper right corner, and choose 'clear colors', then you can add your own color set as you like, and you can also save your set as the default colors.

I was looking for more along the lines of an add on color picker...I am kind of a noob to the finer points in flash....

For example, with the photoshop color picker, you can change the color using RGB, CMYK, LAB, or HSB,and it also offers sliders for the seperate RGB and HSB components.

I am colorblind and rely a lot on the numbers to know the nature of the color that I am looking at, and the flash color interface is lacking.

flash also supports HSB.
if it's still a great problem for u, i advice you to select the right color number in the PS, and then apply it in Flash.
