AIR deployment

Is there a way to package your AIR application created with Flash AS 3.0 that does not already require the user to have AIR installed on their machine? obviously they need the AIR enviroment, but i guess i am wondering if it can somehow be packaged along with the installer?

our clients won't have AIR installed already on their machine when handing them these apps, so we want to make it part of the installation process,,

use VMware thin app to create an installer for AIR and then use something like install creator pro to package the to 2gather
