Problem when exporting to Quicktime

whenever i try to export this file to quicktime I get this weird pixelated after image effect(attached screenshot) and instead of smooth video. I've tried exporting it every way with different codecs and resolutions, nothing seems to work. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it? thanks

well after a lot of searching, trial and error and of course praying that everyone who has ever worked on flash will die a slow and painful death i have found a solution, albeit completely retarded. if you import the swf file into after effects and then export it to quicktime it plays flawlessly. which doesn't make any sense since flash and after effects should have basically the same export to quicktime plugin right? the only bad thing about this method is that nested movie clips do not work.
