Several things to note:
1.The website has a bug whereby the button all the way at the bottom is not visible on my monitor (1680 by 1050 reso).

2. The buttons on the site have a 'lag' feel to it when you mouse over them.

3. The background colors and the black rectangles do not fit well together, one is messy while the other is neat and angular. Try to be more consistent with the styles used.

I would give the site a pass, but its definitely not stellar (sorry.)
