3rd party projector application

Hi all,

I'm trying to develop a widget that will check an rss feed to see if it has the most up to date pdf content and if not then it will download pdfs to a pre determined directory. does anyone know of a third party projector application that can do this.

The only thing on your list that is specific to the projector tool is the ability to download files to the local HD and they should all be able to do that.
