sending postcards with Falsh

Does anyone know where I could get a tutorial on making a card sending system in flash like the one on this site:

That's probably done in generator but it could be done without. Bsically you have a whole lot of options and when the user selects each option(like the background they want) you set a variable for that option. Then you send them off the email telling them their card is available and give them some dynamically coded URL which will load up the text file which was outputted when the user created the card.

The file contains all the variables which controll which stickers we chose and where they go. Your flash movie then re-creates the card on the spot. Not easy, and a fair bit of work but doable.
