3DIsh stuff as seen in this website

Hi all, I've been looking at some websites today for inspiration and came across this one using some stunning 3d effects, what I want to know is, how do they make such effect?!

I really like the 3d spins on everything... looks amazing, but can't see flash doing it on it's own! Anyone care to shed any light?

3. Rotation can easily done using http://blog.greensock.com/tweenliteas3/
Something like:
TweenLite.to(myCube,3,{rotationX:180,rotationY:180 ,easeIn:Bounce});
