App Disconnection problem

Hi there,

I am developing an online support app, but have a problem that is when a customer and support memeber are talking in private in a room and they terminate their chat session the application does not closes in the administration console of the fms. It remains open. please help me out if anyone has a clue?

In order to close the application immediatelly after the prive chat close you must call application.shutdown() otherwise it will remain in flash media server memory for a while.
