Hi, this is my second post in this board, and this is for the first site I have ever made with my current hosting company. What do you guys think of the site?

The placement of strokes and fonts seem to be completely random, at least for me, and the banner needs A LOT of work. Currently the site looks too boring as it is, a cool blue with black and white doesn't really catch the attention of the average Joe out there. Try it with a brighter color and add some flourishes to give the site some life and detail.
You should also check out MediaFire's file upload system and try to imitate that, it feels sleek and cool to use, and I find your system to pale in comparison.
Overall, I'd say that the site looks a little last generation. The way content is displayed could also be improved, as right now I really don't have any incentive to upload any photos, if you know what I mean. Also, put your change log somewhere else, not right at the bottom of your site, which makes your site feel clunky and makes pages unnecessarily long.
I'm not saying that your site is terrible,I'm saying that its just ordinary, which unfortunately will definitely be drowned out by the extraordinary on the web, which is plenty, that's the truth.
EDIT: Looking back at your old post, are you trying to be like the next Facebook or something? Because both your sites seem to be centered around that. If you ask me, don't bother, just try to come up with a new idea, the web's biggest things were all once new ideas, copying old ideas will never allow you to be the "Next Big Thing". What I'm saying here is, you need to innovate, because copying old stuff will give new users no reason to join your site over an established site. Just my thoughts. And if you do ever come up with something revolutionary, remember to post it here!;)

Fire Fox 3 currently doesn't display the pages correctly for our new beta version of the website, we currently are trying to fix this problem, so sit tight, and we will let you in on when this starts working again. Thanks.
I don't know why, but this is the first thing I've thrown the look on... I'm not a real linguist of English, but this one no matter if it sounds good in English:
so sit tight
sounds very rude to translate it for example to russian, or some another slavonic language. Somthing like
Shut up, sit and don't move you worthless worm...
Well, at least it's what my impression is (as a native russia speaker) about the first reading of that... Anyway if you don't orient the site for international visitors - don't consider it anyhow.

80-90 percent of the internet is in the U.S. so I am not trying to design this site for everyone around the world, sorry.
In engilsh sit tight, is the least rude thing to say to someone. It is like saying "Please wait a moment while I fix this for you".

.ru is on of the most quickly developed internet zones... Seriously:)

This one sounds much better :)

I just spotted a whole bunch of grammatical and wording errors in your site. For example, Thank you for your Patients. Try to correct it if you want to give your site a "pro" feel to it.
