POSITION AND SIZE disabled ?

Why do the POSITION AND SIZE panel is disable sometimes ?

I can only resize my object on the stage with mouse, but I can't manually insert the values.

I've just realized it is because the 3d properties are activated.

But I didn't change them. I'm just using a motion tween.

by the way: why the fast reply is disabled on this forum ?
