Is it possible to make an online internet game or forum sort of thing in flash.If so any advice would be fine

yep its very much possible, though it will be a lot of work.....i remember seeing a example of it somewhere, if you can, try to google it!
To make something like that, mainly you need knowledge of php, mysql, and how they communicate with flash!
