The output panel has stopped displaying anything, does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

No idea, but my trace function sometimes screws up as well, and gets resolved when I do something like deleting off a blank frame. Flash always has this sort of random errors.

Focus on the main stage, then click on Publish Settings in the properties panel.

Uncheck Omit Trace Functions.

That could be it.

Never did work for me when my traces screwed up.

Probably just another flash bug. Same as the enter issue. The one where when you press enter, it would go to the next frame for no apparent reason.

And I stress again that Adobe will look into it if you report it, so its always good to do so.
