How to load swf into movie clip in flex

I:confused: Need to load a swf file into a movie clip, how to do that?
will swf file run in movie clip without local connection?Actually wat happens is i've a flv file embedded in a mxml application. i need to load the swf file of that application into another mxml application., thereby controlling that flv file thro this application. i need ur help regarding this. pls reply soon and save me

Loading one application into another just to get at an flash video you own makes no sense, surely.
