If you have a webcam, you can try being Neo and bend some spoons.

It's kind of augmented reality application, though it does not need a special FLARToolkit marker - the marker now is your face.

The application logic is very simple. It searches a face from a webcam image, detects a tilt angle and animates the spoon model in a corresponding way.

You tilt your head - the spoon bends the same way. Just as Neo did :)
I'd say.. another way to build (extend) user interfaces.

Now it recognizes a face. For example, image gallery: we change search pattern to hand - and now we are able to move images in the gallery without mouse - just moving your hands in front of a webcam :) i think that would be interesting.

Agreed, not everyone has a decent webcam...:o
