1st time view scene play out of order

Guys

I am using flash 8 to create animated cartoons.
I have discovered that often, the 1st time the animation is views scenes are played out of order. Refresh the browser and it plays in the correct order.

This does not appear to be browser specific as it occurs in Firefox, Safari and IE.

I have a simple pre-loader at the beginning of the animation so it will not start until the last frame of the last scene is loaded

any ideas ?

it is not consistent which is a real pain. Although You may not know if its out of sync or not, you just may not find it funny :-)
