I need a little help

Im new to everything here I just had a question(it is probably simple, im just dumb).

ok I want to make a menu that comes up out of a button, I thought I knew how to do it, but every time I try, it doesnt work.

It's not a dynamic way to do it but it can be just as effective! Hope this helps!

Here's the start to a menu, just go in and make actions for the buttons. Pretty simple, sorry if you were looking for more complexity.
