How can i run AIR application from Flex Web App

I have two simple problems.

1: How can i run AIR application from Flex Web App. Just clicking a button and it will run the Air application installed on that system.

2: When uploading a file through Web App , after uploading i want to delete that file from system.

I realy need help on these issues, thx for the help

Not from the website... I would not want to have somebody initiate an app on my computer...
