The main problem with your site is that people have no idea what your site does when they visit. You might want to start by actually telling them what is an email-video thing instead of letting them guess, because most people don't like guessing.

It's fundamental flaws like these that are most often overlooked,and a important one that you'll have to fix. I'll not nag about the design here, but that also can be improved, though the pressing issue right now is just your lack of clarity and information on what your site is all about.
