Can't get picture and sound synchro

I have a huge problem. I did animation and exported it (25fps) to avi file, so i could make music in acid pro. I did synchro in acid but when i import audio in flash they're just not played right. Movie goes slower, audio faster. I can't figure it out how to do this right. I have two scenes and audio go through scene 1 to scene 2 and stop. Can i load sound externaly????

I will use this in projector file. Please help me cauz i have to do this till tomorow. I need a simple solution or anything that will work.

Yes! that was correct answer. Now it does work pretty good. I wasnt sure, but thins are great now.
