Online site with video chat

Hey.

I am kinkda new with flash. I have some basic knowledge.

I am trying to make a website where two visitors can enter from anywhere (where is instaled a flash plugin) and click on a button and a video chat will start. This video chat must be both ways, so they both see each other.

I was wondering if i can do this just using flash plugin and scripting or I need things like Flash Media Server or other technologies.
