Where 2 put action scripts?

Sorry, but i am a total newbie, I sat down to do a few things last night, reading a few tutorials.

I've been doing PHP for quiet a bit now, and i remember seeing on some forum's a bit ago about using mysql and php in flash, started to look in to it.

I find quiet a few tutorials, but i can't actually see WHERE i'm ment to put the scripts in, am I blind or just stupid :D

Open the actions Panel from the window menue and mark a frame or a movie clip to put actions in'em

choose "using Flash"
