View Full Version : What happens if you pull off a mattress tag?

What happens when you pull the tag off a mattress? Does it self destruct? Do sheep jump over a fence and through your window? Do secret police come, tie you up, and arrest you? Is a poisonous gas released through the air? Does it wipe your hard drive? Publish your Social Security Number in newspaper ads? Squeeze your head til your eyes bulge and cranium implodes? Make you watch you watch pony shows for months straight?
What happens!?!? :o
By the way, I'm just trying to have fun. If this is considered spam, I'll take it down... I mean, this is the general chat section... ;)
I could tell you what would happen, but then I'd have to kill you. Ever wonder why the tips of those springs are so sharp ;)
The mattress becomes a bit lighter, that's all there is to it.

Thw world will come to an end where the sheeps you were counting in your dreams suddenly come and gnaw your ears off, and the bed collapses upon itself into a black hole due to the reduction in mass that causes instantaneous self destruction!
Okay, that was random :p

I pulled my matteres tag off once and died a horrible death twice while sleeping. Don't ask why I am still posting this, as you can see, I live on the moon. Thats where people who die twice go.

How are you connected to the internet? Are you hacking through a rover? Hmm... ;)
Kkbbcute must've done the same thing, 'cause he's in outer space! :eek:

Yup, the rip in quantum space time from the black hole generated resulted in me being sucked into outer space into another dimension where I am two inches tall and punished eternally by sewing back mattress tags for eternity!

Haha, okay, that was completely at random. :p
But brings up a very good point. Did he rip the tags off?

He ripped Osama's mattress tag off. He did it with a roomba. Trust me.

I should have never ripped the tags off. I's getting difficult to breathe without any atmosphere.

For all you know, the bed was a grenade, and by pulling out the tag, you just "cooked" the grenade.
It hasnt blown up yet...think I'm good.

Oh... great! Now he's hiring Ben Matlock to be his lawyer when he sues you!
"What if I told you..."
Oh, even more news! The roombas are gathering in front of you and Flash Gordon's houses... aww! They're throwing rotten eggs! Yuck... :p

Roombas disguise themselves as boring little machines that clean the floor. But while you are away, they do amazing things. IRobot's website is said to be maintained by roombas (you see, Roombas are good at Dreamweaver). They are also good at flash... I have evidence! I walked in my computer room one day and saw my Roomba on Flash. I have a thumbnail of what he was typing!

How many matress tags do you have in your bed that you can pull off??? Do you attach it again once you pull it off??? :p

Wooo... The intelligence, he typed: "Bob". :p
No no! He created it dynamically! Like this:
var myRect:Shape = new Shape();
myRect.graphics.beginFill(0x00FFFF, 1)
myRect.graphics.drawRect(12, 12, 100, 75);
var myText:TextField = new TextField();
myText.text = "Bob";
myText.x = 12;
myText.y = 12;
var funFormat:TextFormat = new TextFormat();
funFormat.color = (0xFFFF00);
funFormat.size = 40;
funFormat.bold = true;
funFormat.font = "Myriad Web Pro";
myText.setTextFormat(funFormat);
addChild(myRect);
addChild(myText);

3M sticky tape, makes the tags removable again and again without tearing off the seams of the mattress. :p

Dang... Things have changed quite a bit then... It was something like a super glue last time I remember... :)
kkbbcute
05-07-2009, 11:34 AM
If the roomba used super glue, the bed would have ten holes all over it right now. :p

A roomba is a very intelligent robot that disguises itself as a robotic vaccum cleaner. It's by the secretive company, IRobot (http://www.irobot.com/roomba). They make war robots for the military, y'know! Somethin' fishy... :p

I assume we have to get some anti-vacuum weapons soon. Maybe if we chucked it into a vacuum, it would die.

*Throws hand in air and starts flailing*
MEEEE! I DO!! PICK ME!
But seriously, I have a Roomba Red which $50 battery died because we had it plugged into the charger for two years straight.
It's the one that came and wrote Bob on my screen if you remember that. :p

We didn't mean to. When we weren't using it, we set it down in some lonely corner and plugged it into the wall. :p

That only happens when two mattress tags are removed simultaneously. :p
