I would say that the site is minimalist to a certain extent in its design (simple layout) and presents a decently professional view. But there are a few niggling flaws, firstly, the words "Flash Photo Gallery" on your site banner should be made larger and more elaborate, like a corporate logo oor something, people didn't come to your site to see "Developed by Lagoon Interactive" as the biggest words on thee site banner, they came to see the Flash Gallery, and I think you must make that obvious by changing the focus of your banner.
Also, you could replace your current "Buy" and "Free Trial" liinks with some png graphics instead, that should make them more obvious.

I personally agree with all above and we'll make some changes,
Thank you for your suggestions

Based on the nature of your site, I suggest some decorative elements to your site such as flourishes around the banner would be good to, since your product is aimed towards the ordinary guy or girl, you want it to see, as "friendly" as possible. (I know that's a weird word to use for a product/inanimate object) Adding flourishes and stuff like that would make your site feel warmer and more accomodating towards the user, and should make for a better browsing experience, although that point is debatable basded on personal taste.
