Flashlite navigation

hi, i'm a complete noob to flash and flash lite.
I am currently creating quite a linear application in flash lite but have no idea how to navigate between the frames I have created...

help!?

Create a button.

Click on it.

Press F9.
Add this code in the button :
on (press)
{
GotoAndStop(num);
}

where num is the number of the frame. You can also name frames. And use GotoAndStop("nameofmyframe");

Click on the button > this will go to the frame you targeted.
