We've just completed a little flash game. If anyone's got the time to playtest it and give some feedback (or maybe a digg...: )) I'd be very grateful.

Thanks,

Personally, this game is really kinda boring, although the graaphics are colorful and the lion looks "cute"-ish, it doesn't justify playing a game whose only mechanic is to group animals together in pairs. OftenI have to stare at the screen for minutes on end just waiting for the animals to coincidentally come close enough, so I think that you have a major gameplay flaw right there, you should fix that first.

Well, the loading time is really long.

The gameplay gets boring after a few stages but the graphics is quite cheerful.

Maybe you could add some mechanic to ensure that the animals naturally gravitate towards one another in a random fashion so they don't wander about the edges of the game area?

The game gets irritating when all the animals clump together and I can't get one proper pair. Yuo may want to add some code to fix that?

Yeah, part from being too far from each other, clumping together is also a big issue, maybe you could mark out specific area for them to wander around, with those area intersecting at certain points, so the problem is not so bad.

The graphics are excellent for this kind of game. You didn't say whether the game was for kids or all ages, but I feel kids would enjoy it. For adults, it's a bit too simple. The sound effects are good.

In addition to what others have said, you've got nice graphics for everything but the "net." Drawing a black circle around stuff kinda detracts from the atmosphere you've set.

Kids? what kind? I feel its more for the lower elementary school children range, beyond that, they pretty much go for more complicated games like MMOs. But even then, gameplay gets tedious after a while, so you might want to rework the mechanics again and tweak it like mentioned by others before.
