Navigation Menu w/ "3d Depth" Style Rotation

I would be really cool to see a tutorial on how to make a navigation menu similar to the one at the top of the page at: http://www.layoutgalaxy.com/

I personally don't have time to write a tutorial on it at the moment but I can tell you it works on the basis of a few things:
- _xscale is manipulated to give the thinning (and reversing) effect
- swapDepths is used to bring the 'front' ones to the top
- alpha fades are used in the background

I'm sure there would be a at least one tutorial on it at FlashKit.com as it's a popular effect. Best of luck.
