Retrieving data from xml using MX

Hi all, I have a XML document acting as a database. My problem is that I do not know how to retrieve a specific data from the XML file by using Flash MX. I know nuts about XML. Please help. Thank.

Pardon me for my stupidness...but I really can't understand the tutorial. I'm trying to get a text from the xml and input it into a dynamic text field in my movie. I think I've came across this in the tutorial, but still unable to catch what it means. Can someone pls help...?
