How many spam emails do you get for one week?

Just out of curiosity... How many spam emails do you get for one week? :)

It kinda depends. Most of the spam is filtered by Gmail. in my case a little over 200 messages a week.
There's about 1 spam email that gets through the filter each week, and about 5 unwanted emails each week. Most of the unwanted email that gets through are meant for another person that apparently has a period in his email address (before the @) but they all get routed to me. Asked in GMail support forum about this and they say that myname and my.name would be the same account which makes me wonder how he activated those accounts on the sites i keep getting emails from. I also don't like how I keep getting emails from an ignorant, racist, and pervert friend of his.

I use gmail also, and the type of spam I get almost never gets through, but the gmail spam tab shows about 300/wk. I also use my email address to register on all my forums, and websites that I create accounts for.

Errr... I have no idea what sites you guys visit, but I get about 10 spam mails in one year. That's cuz I spam back the spammers that spam me till they are scared off :p

@kkbbcute: how do you do that? Often times the address the spam appears to come from is not their real email address. Also they could just as easily filter their mail as you can. The time you're wasting is not theirs but most likely yours.

How the heck do you do that? Do you spam the websites or services they are offering? Because that would be an excellent idea! :)

Among ALL my email accounts, probably only 1 or 2 a week. I use a "spam" email address for all "registering" of anything on the net. And then if I get a spam email to one of my main accounts I report it. I've reported 2 to hotmail and they've shut them down. I haven't received anymore from there. About 2 years ago I was receiving spam from Robert Soloway the number 1 spammer in the USA. I called network solutions where he hosted his site and they took it down in 24 hours (he later registered in china....and then got arrested), but my point is places are more than happy to help stop the spamming.

I have macros for spamming, I barely spend 5 mins spamming them back. ;)

Somehow though, Im under the impression that they never got to read my spam mail as they got filtered out the spammer's spam filter. The irony.

Did a quick count of the spam mails in the spam folder, and it is 884 for one week... I think I have seen about 20 spams that passed into the inbox... Gmail is doing fantastic job on filtering the spam, but it really irks me to see so many spams... Dang... :(
