How can i record voice and save it to mp3 file

Hi

I have made a sound recorder in flash using FMS. I want to save recorded voice in to mp3 format on user's desktop, How can i do this ?

Can any body answer it ??

fms does not support record to a mp3 file.
u need to record as flv and then convert using a third party tool to mp3
