Major Help Needed with an Automated Gallery

Hi everyone, have a prob here I would like to see if it's possible to solve.

This is currently my site http://www.eyecandystudios.net and this is my php site for a animation project http://www.kar.eyecandystudios.net, now here's the thing, the Kar site is fully automated by PHP even the gallery, which is what I desperately need as I have tons of images to show but the laborous task of flash makes it annoying. PHP has made this easy on the Kar site.

What I would love to do is engineering the Kar site into flash, a great example of this is the Terminator 3 website, these sections in particular http://www.eyecandystudios.net/temp/T3.gif and http://www.eyecandystudios.net/temp/T3_2.gif things I would like in my version

- automated image uploads that link to a larger image [with title]
- user rating
- user comment ( just name and comment is fine)
- number of times viewed (meaning number of times the thumbnail was clicked)
- The size of the file
- Finally the date when it was uploaded

Am I asking to much? or is this possible? please advise, because if I pull this off I maybe able to start fishing for the freelance jobs I stayed away from
