How to restrict the bound of data tips for plot chart

I have a plot chart embeded in a panel. By setting the showalldatatips to true, all data tips are showed around the plot chart. But I notice that some data tips exceed the bound of the panel, which is not what I want. Could the data tips be all restricted in the bound of the panel?
