Flex Charting/ADG licensing

Hi,
I'm working on an open-source web-application framework, but as part of it I wanted to use the Flex charting components. I want to create some compiled SWFs (for instance one that is a configurable chart, one that is a configurable data grid) that can just be inserted into an existing HTML application and configured via the FlashVars they are given. Do you think it be legally viable to include compiled SWFs that contain the Flex Charts and Advanced Data Grid as part of an open-source application?

Doubt you will get a legal opinion here.

I am not a lawyer, but I think the answer is 'no'. I would build your own starting from an existing open source project.
