How to post an article?

I am new to actionscript.org I need to learn how to post a new article/tutorial but it is really confusing. Could I please have some instructions?

Hi there and welcome. Have you seen the video tutorials over at this thread: http://www.actionscript.org/forums/showthread.php3?t=124743 ? While a little out of date, they highlight the basic process. I believe you already have a CMS account, so you should be good to go.
