Fade Effect Bug?

I'm trying to do a fade out and fade in between some tabs.

I looked at the adobe doc example, and found that if you click the fade in and fade out just quickly. Even if the check box is checked, the phone is not visible. Is this a bug in Fade?

Sorry, I should mention this more clearly. Just browse and find the mx.effects.Fade
That's the example at the bottom that I see have a problem.
