quiz game template

hi everyone;

i'm taking a shot at making my first flash quiz game and i'm looking for a template. Almost all the searches i've made so far tell me to use the quiz game template that's supposed to come with flash, but for some reason i only have the "advertisement" template in my menu (i have cs4).

Could anyone tell me how i can get that template from adobe, (i wasted 1/2 hour searching their site) or any other quiz game template?
