plug-in check on a CD?

Hi!

I'm creating a HTML project that contains Flash sequences.

How do I create a plug-in check that starts the Flash Player installer that is placed on the CD?

I do NOT want the user to connect to internet and get the plug-in there.

Is there special rules to folow when I want to place a Flash player installer on a CD?

The project is a mix of Flash and html, so I have to view it with Internet Explorer, so I can't use a flash .exe file.

Is there any other way to solve this?
